Cancellation Policy:
Once payment confirmation is received by Kamdhenumishti.com, order fulfillment process gets started.
Our order delivery fulfillment process takes 4 steps ;
- Order placed
- Payment Confirmation received
- Order Dispatched
- Order Delivered
In case you want to cancel the order, we only accept cancellation request if the order is not dispatched. Only then you are eligible for cancellation & refund.
The refund amount is calculated by deducting 10% from your original payment. This includes internet payment charges.
It will take 2-3 business days to credit it in your order placed Bank A/c.
Refund Policy:
If you received your order damaged, please email us with photo at mishtikamdhenu@gmail.com or reach out to us on WhatsApp with a photo of damaged product.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the damage order delivery within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Note: Refunds cannot be processed for the product if any discount voucher is used.
